Summer Garden Wedding, Italian Intimate Dinner Party, Romantic Garden Centerpieces
Luxurious English Garden style flower centerpiece in white compote decorated the head table of this evening tented wedding reception in the heart of the city of Atlanta.
The abundant fresh floral arrangements filled with summer flowers in whites, yellows, soft greens and rustic greens recalled of the Amalfi coast's citrus fruits and warm breezes in terraced gardens.
Some table centerpieces were actual potted mini laurel trees, a lieu of citrus trees, but still very Mediterranean in feel and design, especially in their textured stone containers and modern sleep white planters.
Laura or Laura Burchfield Events' vision for this couple's wedding head table included a beautiful white lace tablecloth, which tied in the feel under this tent for a warm evening celebration, full of romance and fun, and the fragrance of dill blossoms filled the air., completing the atmosphere..
As a floral and event designer, this is part of what i love to bring to my clients. Unexpected details such as incorporated yellow dill blossoms in the decor, subtle but an added touch that completed the palette and added a fragrance in the air which is very reminiscent of the Meditarrean Coast.
The arrangement were lush with so many summer flowers! Here below in the white ceramic compote were rich deep yellow roses, coral & white poppies, white bells of the campanulla, yellow oncidium orchids, soft pastel yellow garden roses, stock, white ranunculus, Also of the Meditarrean coast is the light textured foliage uses. Finally, i accent it all with additional unexpected blossoms foraged in my garden, which gives all my centerpieces that special unique touch of authentic garden design we love to see in English style floral arrangements. The Mock Orange is a favorite, which grows here in Georgia.
For the outdoor ceremony in the garden with lush lawn and a beautiful weeping willow, we chose an arch wrapped with a cascade of rich green citrus foliage and accented with lemons & limes.
The aisle welcomed the bride with white rose petals as she walked down chairs lined with eucalyptus foliage and lemons.
Her bouquet and her attendants bouquets were gathered garden bouquet in warm yellows and whites with rich cascades of soft sage green foliage, in the same feel and theme. Rich as well in summer blooms, everything tied together a soft but rich, timeless romantic elegance of this wedding celebration.
